This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). This is an application for extension of time to surrender in the Court below as per order dated 25.01.2022 Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and taking into account the grounds taken in the interim application, I am inclined to extend the surrender period of petitioner till 20.05.2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that some of the co-accused persons have already been

// 2 // released on bail.

In the event the petitioner surrenders within the date fixed and move for bail, the claim of parity shall be taken into account while adjudicating the bail application. The rest part of the order dated 25.01.2022 shall remain unaltered. Accordingly, the I.A. is disposed of.
