This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No.

(Virtual/Physical Mode).

This interlocutory application has been filed by the Petitioner for modification of the order dated 16.12.2022 passed by this Court in the aforesaid writ petition.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that inadvertently it has been mentioned 'Cuttack', 'Annexure-4' and '15.11.2012' in 4th line of 3rd paragraph and 2nd & 3rd lines of 4th paragraph of the order dated 16.12.2022 instead of 'Malkangiri', 'Annexure-3 and 4' and '15.11.2013'. Accordingly, the same may be corrected.

Accordingly, the expressions 'Cuttack', 'Annexure-4' and '15.11.2012' occurred in the 4th line of 3rd paragraph and 2nd & 3rd lines of 4th paragraph of the order dated 16.12.2022 be read as 'Malkangiri', 'Annexure-3 and 4' and '15.11.2013'. 6.

Rest part of the said order dated 16.12.2022 remains unaltered.

The I.A. is disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
