The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- " It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that your Lordship may graciously be pleased to admit this writ application and issue RULE NISI to the Opposite Parties calling upon them to show cause as to why they shall not be directed to grant proper compensation in favour of the petitioners for acquisition of their land recorded in Khata No.23, Ac.2.44 dec. and Khata No.12, Ac.24.97 dec. situated in Mouza-Khapuri Kachhar as per the Act, 2013 and further extend the benefit under the R & R Policy of the Government in their favour within a stipulated period".

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioners states that highlighting their grievance, the Petitioners have made representation to Opposite Party No.2 vide Annexure-7 and the same may be directed to be considered within a stipulated time, to which learned Counsel for the State has no objection.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the Writ Petition directing Opposite Party No.2 to consider the representation filed by the petitioners vide Annexure-7, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
