Heard Mr. Jayadeba Behera, learned counsel for the petitioner.

This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner praying for quashing of the order dated 02.03.2019 passed by the learned J.M.F.C., Ranapur in G.R. Case No.125 of 2010 under Annexure-1 directing issuance of N.B.W. of arrest against him as he was absent on the said date and no steps have been taken on his behalf on the said date.

A memo has been filed by learned counsel for the petitioner stating therein that he may be permitted to withdraw the CRLMC, as not pressed. The memo be kept on record. Considering the memo filed, the CRLMC is dismissed, as not pressed.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
