Heard the submission of Mr. Pattanaik, learned counsel for the Petitioner.

This Writ Petition involves the following prayer:- "The Petitioners, therefore pray that your Lordships be graciously pleased to admit the Writ Petition and issue notice to the Opposite Parties and after hearing allow the same by directing to the Additional Sub-Collector - cum- Additional Consolidation Officer, Puri at Camp Court, Nimapara (Opp. Party No.2) to dispose of the Objection Case No. 3567 of 2007 filed under Section 9(3) of OCH & PFL Act according to law, as earlier as possible in the interest of justice;

And to pass such other order/orders, direction/directions and issue any other writ/writs which deems fit and proper;"

Request confines a direction for disposal of Objection Case No. 3567 of 2007 pending before competent Authority since 2007. There involves an allegation that even

// 2 // though final hearing had already taken place involving such dispute in 2017, there has been no judgment. This Court observes in the event Objection Case No. 3567 of 2007 is still pending the same should be concluded at least within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner.
