This is an application for modification of order dated 5.1.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.39918 of 2021. 3.

Heard Mr. S.K. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.

A.K.

Nanda, learned Additional Government Advocate.

Mr. Mishra submits that this Court vide its order dated 5.1.2022 directed the petitioners to file individual representations before the Collector, Jajpur (opposite party no.3) by Registered Post with A.D. within a period of two weeks from the date of order along with a certified copy of the order. But due to Pandemic Covid-19, the petitioners could not receive the certified copy of the said order in time for which they were unable to file the same before opposite party no.3 in time. In such background, he prays that further two weeks time may be granted to the petitioners to file individual

// 2 // representations before the said opposite party. 5.

Considering the submissions made, this Court in modification of its aforesaid order dated 5.1.2022 grants further two weeks time to the petitioners to file individual representations before opposite party no.3 from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

Rest part of the order dated 5.1.2022 remains unaltered.

The I.A. stands disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
