On selfsame ground, Annexure-3 appears to be pending. There has been showing a lot of inconvenience of the undertaking of construction of a park over Jalasaya and also involving part of Jalasaya as alleged. In the circumstance, the decision is required to be taken by the District Collector, Ganjam-O.P.2, this matter is remitted back to the O.P.2 for taking a decision on the case of the Petitioner, by completing entire exercise within a period of three weeks and if necessary involving the Petitioner and the residents therein and continuance of construction shall be dependent on the ultimate decision of the Collector, Ganjam.
