This matter is taken up by virtual/physical mode. 2.

This Court vide order dated 07th March, 2017 while disposing of the writ petition bearing number WP(C) No.394 of 2017 observed as follows:- "xxx xxx xxx xxx During course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to approach the Collector, Angul (opposite party no.2) for carving out the percentage of land loss suffered by the petitioner in order to avail the benefit available to a SAP Granting such liberty, writ petition is disposed of."

In this contempt petition, the Petitioner has alleged that the Opposite Party (Collector, Angul) has not yet carried out the order P.T.O.

// 2 // and direction dated 07th March, 2017 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 394 of 2017.

Mr. L. Samantary, Addl. Govt. Advocate states that the order dated 07th March, 2017 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 394 of 2017 has been complied. A show cause affidavit sworn to by Collector, Angul came to be filed explaining the compliance of order dated 7th March, 2017 in the aforesaid writ petition. 4.

Counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition. A memo to that effect has been filed. 5.

In view of the above, the contempt petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
