This Court vide order dated 14th November, 2017 while disposing of the writ petition bearing number W.P.(C) No. 662 of 2013 observed as follows:- "xxx xxx xxx xxx Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on merit of the case, the impugned order is set aside and the matter is remitted back to the Collector & District Magistrate, Angul, for consideration afresh after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties.
It is open for the parties to adduce further evidence in support of their respective claim/cases which shall be considered by the authority on its own merit in accordance with law.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of." P.T.O.

In this contempt petition, the Petitioner has alleged that the Opposite Party (Collector & District Magistrate, Angul) has not yet carried out the order and direction dated 14th November, 2017 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 662 of 2013. 4.
Mr. L. Samantary, Addl. Govt. Advocate states that the order dated 14th November, 2017 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 662 of 2013 has been complied. A show cause affidavit sworn to by Collector & District Magistrate, Angul came to be filed explaining the compliance of order dated 14th November, 2017 passed in the aforesaid writ petition.

Counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition. A memo to that effect has been filed. 6.
In view of the above, the contempt petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
