This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the cause title of CRLMP No.2567 of 2022, the name of petitioner's village has been wrongly typed as "Barajang Nandipur" instead of "Baujang Nalipur". He further submits that this Court vide its order dated 23.12.2022 disposed of the CRLMP directing the petitioner to approach the court seisin over the matter along with a fresh complaint and certified

// 2 // copy of this order within a period of fifteen days hence and the said court should consider the same within a period of two weeks from the date of production of certified copy of the said order. But due to aforesaid mistake in the petition, the petitioner could not file the petition before the court below. Hence, he prays that the said mistake be corrected. He further submits that the time for consideration of the application of the petitioner be corrected.

In such view of the matter, this Court directs the Office to make necessary correction in the cause title of the CRLMP vis-à-vis village of the petitioner. This Court further directs the petitioner to approach the court seisin over the matter within a period of two weeks from today and the said court is directed to consider the application of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of two weeks thereafter. 5.

The I.A. stands disposed of.
