Petitioner appears in person. prayer in the petition is for direction upon opposite party-management to disburse Rs.12,27,509/- as per order dated 25th August, 2021 passed by the Labour Court by, inter alia, implementing order dated 17th November, 2022 passed by this Bench in W.P.(C) no.32412 of 2021 (M/s. Paradeep Phosphates Ltd. Vs. Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Bhubaneswar and another). 2.

Mr. Mishra, learned senior advocate appears on behalf of opposite party and submits, his junior will accept service. Petitioner submits, service will be caused during course of the day.

Judgment dated 17th November, 2022 was made in W.P.(C) no.32412 of 2021, presented by opposite party. The writ petition was dismissed thereby. As such, there cannot be adjudication of prayer for implementation of an order of dismissal of said writ petition. Petitioner is to seek enforcement of obtaining the sum, directed by the Labour Court, as provided in law.
