Heard Mr. J. Behera, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. D.K. Mohanty, learned Additional Standing Counsel. 3.

On instruction, Mr. Mohanty submits that in the meantime, Ranapur P.S. Case No.285 dated 21.12.2021 has been registered for commission of offences under Sections 417/420/465/409/34 I.P.C. In such background, learned counsel for the petitioners does not want to proceed further in the matter.

Accordingly, the contempt proceeding is dropped. 5.
