Heard Mr. S. Jena, learned Standing Counsel for School and Mass Education Department.

Perused the record. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the order dated 17.03.2021 issued by the Collector-cum-CEO, Rayagada, as mentioned in the writ petition. 5.
On perusal of records, it appears that the petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging Annexure-1 dated 10.03.2020, the show cause notice, but the same has been signed on 09.03.2021. Thereby, effectively the petitioner has challenged the notice of show cause dated 09.03.2021 under Annexure-1. 6.
Mr. S. Jena, learned Standing Counsel for School and Mass Education Department states that against the notice of show cause, the writ petition is not maintainable. 7.
Considering the contention raised by learned Standing Counsel for School and Mass Education Department, since the
petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the notice of show cause, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to pursue the remedy before the appropriate forum in accordance with law. 8.
With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a print out of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed, vide Court's Notice No.4587 dated 25th March, 2020, as modified by Court's notice no. 4798 dated 15th April, 2021, and Court's Office Order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 and 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
