This matter is taken up by video conferencing mode. Order No.

It is alleged by the learned counsel for Petitioner that even though the Petitioner has filed the R.C. No.76 of 2019 since 2019, the same is yet to be admitted.

Considering the submissions made by the parties, this Court in disposal of the writ petition directs, if there is no serious defects required to be cured by the Petitioners and if the Petitioners file a memo for admission of the R.C. No.76 of 2019 along with an authenticated copy of this order before the competent authority within a period of one week hence, the R.C. No.76 of 2019 shall be taken up for admission at least within a period of seven days thereafter. 4.
As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy,
