This is the second journey of this Petitioner in filing this application under Section-438 of the Cr.P.C. who has been implicated in connection with Reamal P.S. Case No. 84 of 2019 corresponding to C.T. Case No.147 of 2019 pending on the file of learned J.M.F.C., Reamal for alleged commission of offence under section-147/148/307/302/201/120-B/149 of IPC for her grant of anticipatory bail in the event of her arrest in the above mentioned case.

Considering the submissions made and on going through the materials as placed and other surrounding circumstances; while being not inclined to reconsider the prayer for grant anticipatory bail to the Petitioner, this application is disposed of with the observation that when the occasion would so arise before the Court in seisin of the case to consider the application for grant of regular bail to the Petitioner, the said Court would further take into account the factum of release of co-accused persons on bail in their proper perspectives and consider the same by applying rule of parity as per law, if those co-accused persons on bail are similarly situated with the Petitioner in so far as the allegation and availability of materials are concerned.
5.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
