Even after service of notice, this Court finds there is no Order No.

appearance on behalf of the contesting opposite party no.3, Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation. For the opinion of this Court, opposite party no.3 does not want to contest the matter. However, keeping in view the serious allegation of eviction/demolition in absence of following due process of law, this Court observes in the event there is no eviction proceeding initiated and disposed of involving the petitioner as of now, there may not be any eviction without following due process of law.
