The Petitioner having been implicated in Tirtol P.S. Case No.217 of 2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No.97 of 2022 registered for alleged commission of offence under section 21(b) of the NDPS Act pending on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Jagatsinghpur has filed this application under section 438 Cr.P.C. for his release on bail in the event of his arrest.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submission and on going through the materials as placed, this Court is of the view that a case for grant of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner is not made out.
