Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. Let a copy of the writ petition be served on Mr.Mohapatra, learned Additional Government Advocate within a period of three working days. 3.

It appears, a mutation case is pending since 2014. In the event the Mutation Case is still unresolved, the Tahasildar, Odagaonopposite party no.3 is directed to complete the finalization of Mutation Case No. 604 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the petitioner keeping in view there is election process already commenced.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the observation and direction made hereinabove.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout copy of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court's Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021
