Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Mr.Mohapatra, learned counsel for the Petitioner requests this Court for at least early disposal of the proceeding under Section 92 of the Orissa Development Authorities Act involving UAP No.124 of 2022, this notice appears to have been issued on 02.12.2022. In the meantime Petitioner, the alleged violator has been directed to file his response on 16.12.2022. In the event the alleged violator files his response on 16.12.2022, there may be early disposal of such proceeding. Looking to the interim direction therein vide Annexure-1 and make all out attempt at least to complete such proceeding within a period of one month after filing of the response. Inquiry, if any, be conducted involving the Petitioner herein.
