1. This matter taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Counsel for the State.

3. According to learned counsel for the petitioner, the grievance of the petitioner in this case pertains to inaction of the opposite party No.4/I.I.C, Dharmasala P.S. in connection with Binjharpur P.S.Case No.618 of 2022 corresponding to C.T.Case No.2242 of 2022 pending before the learned S.D.J.M., Jajpur Town. In course of argument, he submits that though the offences are cognizable and prima-facie made out, no steps have been taken by the opposite party No. 4 against the accused persons as named in the F.I.R.

4. In such view of the matter, This CRLMP is disposed of directing the petitioner to approach the court in seisin over the matter and if fresh application along with certified copy

// 2 // of this order is filed by the petitioner within fifteen days hence, the said court shall consider and dispose of it within a period of two weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

5. The CRLMP is accordingly disposed of.

6. Issue urgent certified copy of this order on proper application.
