This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the order of termination dated 27.05.2020 under annexure-5, and to issue direction to the opposite parties to reinstate her into service as Cook in regular scale of pay w.e.f. the date of termination with all consequential service and financial benefits.

In course of hearing, counsel for the petitioner states that the case of the petitioner has already been recommended by the Government vide Annexure-8 dated 28.10.2022 to opposite party no.2 and, therefore, direction may be given to opposite party no.2 to take a decision on the same within a stipulated time, to which learned State Counsel has raised no objection.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties, this

Court disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.2 to take a decision on the recommendation made by Government under Annexure-8 dated 28.10.2022, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
