1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been engaged purely on temporary basis as an arrangement because of non-availability of teachers in the College. However, after the completion of the period of engagement, he has been disengaged, but some of the similarly placed persons have been continued in various posts though on temporary basis, the petitioner was disengaged.

3. Since the petitioner is a differently disabled person having 42% locomotor disability, the authority should have considered his continuation till the regular arrangement is made. However, the authority disengaged him.

4. In such view of the matter, let the authority consider the case of the petitioner as per law and take a decision, if the petitioner can be accommodated as per the qualification and experience, within a period of two months from the date of presentation of this order.

5. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
