1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement. Order No.

2. This is the application for modification.

3. Heard.

4. It is submitted that the Writ Petition filed by the petitioner was disposed of vide order dated 27.07.2022. While disposing the said petition the Hon'ble Court directed the petition to file representation before the Director Elementary Education, Bhubaneswar with a further direction to dispose of the said representation within 30 days. But, inadvertently, it has been mentioned in the order that it is to dispose of Annexure-3 series on which the Director, Elementary Education has already taken steps vide Annexure-4 and 5 respectively.

In view of such submissions, the sentence as mentioned in 10th and 11th lines of Para-6 of the order dated 27.07.2022 i.e., "upon submission of representation of the petitioner under Annexure-3 series the said representation shall be disposed of within a period of 30 days", be deleted and replaced with the modified sentence i.e., "upon filing of fresh representation before the Opposite Party No.2Director Elementary Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar the same shall be dispose of it within 45 days". Rest part of the order remains unaltered.

6. With the aforesaid modification the I.A. is disposed of.

7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
