This is an application under section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in connection with Gurugram Sector-56 P.S. Case No.187 of 2020 for alleged commission of offence under section 381 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case which was instituted in Gurugram Sector-56 P.S. Case No.187 of 2020 in the State of Haryana. Though the learned counsel for the petitioner

// 2 // submitted that the petitioner apprehends arrest in the State of Odisha but there is no clinching material to that effect, therefore, I am not inclined to entertain the anticipatory bail application.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
