For the pendency of a demarcation proceeding, the writ petition is per se not entertainable at this stage. However, considering the submission made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court in disposal of the writ petition directs the Tahasildar, Cuttack SadarOpposite Party No.2 to look into the grievance of the Petitioner vide Annexure-3 and conclude the demarcation proceeding involving the parties likely to be affected, within a period of one & half months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition by the Petitioner. 3.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as
