Since the petitioner claims for releasing his entire withheld/deduction amount, this Court is not inclined to issue any direction for release of the same. However, it is open to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the appropriate forum in terms of the DTCN/agreement executed between the parties. 3.

With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
