The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash Annexure-6 dated 30.11.2022, by which notice of eviction has been issued by Joda Municipality to the petitioner. 4.
Mr. B. Nayak, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the petitioner is not an unauthorized occupant, rather he has been allowed to continue by the authority vide Annexure-2. Therefore, if the authority has decided to take any coercive measure of eviction, it will cause prejudice to him.

In view of the above submission, let the petitioner file objection to the notice of eviction issued by the authority under Annexure-6 within a period of seven days hence. In the event, the petitioner files objection to the notice of eviction, the same shall be considered and disposed of by the authority in accordance with law by affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 6.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
