Heard Mr.J.K.Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioners, Mr.A.Das, learned counsel representing National Highways Authority of India and Mr.H.M.Dhal, learned Addl. Government Advocate.

According to Mr.Mishra the petitioners are aggrieved by non-disposal of (N.H.) Arbitration Case No. L96/2021 filed by the petitioners under Section 3G(5) of the N.H. Act, 1956 pending before the Collector-cum-Arbitrator(NH-200), Dhenkanal (opposite party No.2).

Considering the innocuous nature of prayer and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing Collector-cumArbitrator(NH-200), Dhenkanal (opposite party No.2) to make all endeavour to dispose of the above noted case in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
