1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

3. According to learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is aggrieved by the manner in which investigation is going on in connection with Nimapara P.S. Case No.146 of 2022 In course of argument, he submits that though the offences are cognizable, no steps have been taken against the opposite party Nos.4 to 6/accused persons by the opposite party Nos. 1 to 3.

4. In such view of the matter, This CRLMP is disposed of directing the petitioner to approach the jurisdictional court which is in seisin over the matter and if fresh application along with certified copy of this order is filed by the

// 2 // petitioner within fifteen days hence, the said court shall consider it within a period of two weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

5. The CRLMP is accordingly disposed of.

6. Issue urgent certified copy of this order on proper application.
