This is an application for restoration of BLAPL No.5413 of 2021 which was dismissed for non-prosecution on 21.11.2022.

Considering the grounds taken in the petition and on hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, the order dated 21.11.2022 passed in BLAPL No.5413 of 2021 is recalled. BLAPL No.5413 of 2021 is restored to file and the matter be listed on 22.12.2022.

The CRLMA is disposed of accordingly.
