This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This petition has been filed by the Petitioner for transfer of C.P. No.353 of 2021 instituted at the instance of the Opposite Party-husband from the file of the learned Judge, Family Court, Kendrapara to the Court of Judge, Family Court, Jagatsinghpur on the ground of threat to her life. 3.
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and the learned counsel for the Opposite Party. 4.
This Court is not convinced of the ground on which the transfer is sought for as no material is produced to substantiate the same. The distance between the places is also not far. 5.
Considering the facts and submissions made, this Court is not inclined to entertain the prayer on the aforesaid ground.

However, liberty is given to the Petitioner to approach the Superintendent of Police concerned, if she apprehends any danger to her life and limb on her appearance before the court from the side of her husband, well ahead of the date of her appearance with a copy of this order to render her necessary protection on the date of her appearance to enable the S.P. concerned to assess the threat perception on her and give necessary protection, if required. Further, if any travel expenses claimed by the Petitioner-wife, the Court shall pass necessary order on the same and in that event, the Opposite Party-husband shall deposit the same in the court concerned which shall be handed over to the Petitioner-wife.

With the aforesaid order, the TRP(C) stands disposed of.
