Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

On the selfsame issue the representation at the instance of the Petitioner vide Annexure-3 is pending before the Opposite Party No.2. Taking this Court through Annexure-2 Mr.Khuntia, learned counsel for the Petitioner brings to the notice of this Court that there has been direction for releasing of amount. In spite of such direction the amount involved herein has not been released. Considering the decision is required to be taken by Opposite Party No.2, this Court directs the Opposite Party No.2 to give response to Annexure-3, considering the representation at page-23 of the brief and attempt to the direction given in Annexure-2 by completing such exercise at least within a period of three weeks from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner.

Failure of release the admitted dues within the stipulated time, the Petitioner will be entitled to interest @10% all through. The State

The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above observation and direction.
