The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to take necessary steps for implementation of the order passed by the tribunal in O.A. No.149 of 2019 with regard to release of grade pay i.e. Rs.2400/- for 1st RACP w.e.f. 01.01.2013 after completion of 15 years of service and grade pay of Rs.4600/- towards 2nd RACP w.e.f. 01.01.2013 after completion of 25 years of service and grade pay of Rs.5400/- towards 3rd RACP after completion of 30 years of service as per Govt. Resolution dated 06.02.2013 by taking into consideration the fact that similarly situated persons have already availed the said benefit.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made representation to the opposite party no.5 vide Annexure-5, and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time, to which learned State Counsel has raised no objection.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.5 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-5, and pass appropriate order in

accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
