This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This is an application under Section 439 of the Criminal Procedure Code.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the rejection order was passed on 30.09.2020. Therefore, the petitioner further may be directed to file a fresh bail application before the learned court below. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the present bail application and move a fresh bail application before the court below in the event same shall be taken up and consider within a period of four weeks from the date of filing of such application. While considering the fresh bail application, learned court below shall be taken into consider the further development in the matter. 5.
