The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking direction to opposite party no.2 to consider the grievance of the petitioner forwarded by the District Education Officer on 01.01.2018 with regard to cancellation of his transfer and to permit him to discharge his duties at Government High School, Chandrasekharpur, Phase-I, Bhubaneswar. 4.

As it appears, the grievance of the petitioner has been recommended by the District Education Officer, Khurda to the Director Secondary Education, Odisha-O.P.2 vide order dated 01.01.2018 under Annexure-6, which is still pending before the said authority. 5.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands disposed of directing Opposite Party No.1 to take immediate step on the recommendation made by the District Education Officer, Khurda under Annexure-6, if the same has not yet been attended to, within a period of three months from the date of communication of the certified copy of the order.
