This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

None appears for the petitioner at the time of call so also no one had appeared for the petitioner on 26.08.2022 and 13.09.2022 but one special chance was given on 27.09.2022 on the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner. The bail application is pending since 20.12.2021 and in the meanwhile nine months has elapsed. 3.

It, therefore, presupposes that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.
