Learned counsel for Petitioner alleges that in spite of filing of an application for demarcation of the land in question through appropriate form since 17th November, 2021 vide Annexure-2, the same is yet to be registered.

Considering the allegation made by the learned counsel for Petitioner to be a serious one, this Court directs, in the event the Tahasildar, Athamallik-Opposite Party No.4 has already received the application at the instance of the Petitioner for demarcation of the land in question, such application shall be registered and disposed of in accordance with law.

The entire exercise shall be completed involving the parties likely to be affected within a period of two months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. 6.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court's Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021 and Court's Office order circulated vide memo Nos.514 & 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
