Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The case is of the year 2020 which was instituted in AWPS-HOSUR police station of district Krishnagiri in the State of Tamilnadu.

Though it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with the case but I find no cogent material to that effect.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
