This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to opposite parties to antedate the promotion of the petitioner to Junior SES Cadre and to fix the pay of the petitioner in the trained Graduate Scale of pay on notional basis on completion of three years of service as LSES Teacher or from the date he acquired B.Ed. qualification, whichever is later in accordance with the rules and ratio decided in this field.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made representation to the opposite party no.2 vide Annexure-6 and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time, taking into consideration Annexure-7, to which learned Counsel for the State has raised no objection. 5.

As agreed to by learned counsel for the parties, however, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition stands disposed of directing the opposite party no.2 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-6, taking into consideration Annexure-7 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
