This matter is taken up through video conferencing mode. 2.
The grievance of the Petitioner in this writ petition is with regard to inaction of the Assistant Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Bhadrak-Opposite Party No.3 in providing the details of repayment of loan to the Petitioner in respect of Loan Account No.30942 of Rahanja Service Co-operative Society, Bhadrak operating under Balasore District Central Co-operative Bank. 3.
Mr. Dash, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner is a Member of Rahanja Service Co-operative Society, Bhadrak and his Membership number is 1014. He has availed a loan in Loan Account No.30942 of the said Co-operative Society. Although the Petitioner is repaying the loan, the same is not updated in his loan account. In that regard, the Petitioner has made a grievance petition before the Assistant Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Bhadrak on 11th October, 2021, but no action has yet been taken on the same. Hence, finding no other alternative, the Petitioner has filed this writ petition.

Mr. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State submits that since the Petitioner has submitted the grievance petition on 11th October, 2021, the Assistant Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Bhadrak may take a decision on the same in accordance with law.

Taking into consideration the submissions of learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that on production of an authenticated copy of this order along with a copy of the grievance petition dated 11th October, 2021 before the Assistant Registrar, Co-operative Societies, BhadrakOpposite Party No.3 within a period of two weeks hence, he shall do well to take a decision on the same in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four weeks threfrom and communicate the outcome thereof to the Petitioner within the aforesaid period.

As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website at par with certified copy subject to attestation by the concerned Advocate in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587 dated 25th March, 2020, modified by Notice No.4798 dated 15th April, 2021 and Court's Office Order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 and 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
