This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to appoint her in a suitable post as per the enquiry report submitted to the Block Education Officer, Balasore, Soro vide letter dated 20.12.2008 under the provision laid down in the Odisha Civil Service (Rehabilitation Assistance Scheme) Rules, 1990 with amended Rules, 2016, within a stipulated time. 4.
In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievance, the petitioner has made a representation to the opposite party no.2 vide Annexure-7 and direction may be given to consider and dispose of the same, taking into account Annexure-5 and judgment of this Court in the case of Khirabdi Bala Behera v. State of Odisha and others (WPC (OAC) No. 2669 of 2008 disposed of on 27.10.2022) within a stipulated time, to which learned State Counsel has raised no objection. 5.
As agreed to by learned counsel for the parties, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing the opposite party no.2 to take a decision on the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-7, taking into account Annexures-5 and judgment of this
Court in the case of Khirabdi Bala Behera v. State of Odisha and others (WPC (OAC) No. 2669 of 2008 disposed of on 27.10.2022) pass appropriate order in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order by the petitioner.
Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
