Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

For the nature of relief sought for and for pendency of the application at the instance of the Petitioners, vide Annexure-1 on the selfsame grounds, this Writ Petition is not entertainable at this stage and the same stands disposed of directing O.P.2 to look into the request of the Petitioners, vide Annexure-1 and pass appropriate orders on the same but however involving the Parties likely to be affected and taking into consideration the grounds raised in this Writ Petition so also the documents appended thereto with communication of the outcome to the Petitioners within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order so also copy of the Writ Petition by the Petitioners. This Court has not expressed any opinion on merit of the case.
