The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "Under the facts and circumstances that Your Lordships would be graciously pleased to admit this writ petition issue notice to the Opp. Parties call for the connected record from the Opp. Parties after hearing the parties this Hon'ble Court may further pleased to issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ directing the Opp. Parties to grant higher compensation to the petitioner in respect of Plot No.172 under Khata No.36 measuring an area Ac.0.12 decimals of Mouza-Madhipur under Gop Police Station in the District of Puri within a stipulated period fixed by this Hon'ble Court".

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that highlighting his grievance, the Petitioner has made a representation to Opposite Party No.2 vide Annexure-5 and the same may be directed to be considered within a stipulated time, to which learned Counsel for the State has no objection.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the Writ Petition directing Opposite Party No.2 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-5, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
