The Application at Annexure-8 series since pending before the Secretary, B.D.A., the Writ Petition is not entertainable at this stage. In disposal of the Writ Petition, this Court directs the claim under Annexure-8 series may be considered and decision, as appropriate, be taken by the competent authority at least within a period of one month but providing opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner. The Petitioner on production of copy of this order shall take the date of hearing from the Authority. In the meantime, there shall be status quo in respect of the disputed property be maintained by both the parties.
