Since the representations in the matter of removal of illegal encroachment are addressed to the Collector, Khurda and SubCollector, Khurda vide Annexures-9 & 10 respectively, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to the Petitioner to make an appropriate application to the competent authority i.e. the concerned Tahasildar. 2.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn, but with liberty as prayed for.
