Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

This is an application under section 438, Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Karanjia P.S. Case No.293 of 2021 corresponding to C.T. Case No.874 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Karanjia for alleged commission of offences under sections 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act.

Perused the F.I.R. annexed to the anticipatory bail application.

// 2 // Learned counsel for the State on verification of the case records submitted that charge sheet has been submitted only against Babuli Lohar under sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code In view of such submission, since there is no apprehension of arrest of the petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on anticipatory bail. The ABLAPL stands disposed of.
