Petitioners being the villagers have a serious grievance through Annexure-3 in the establishment of a Primary Health Centre in P.H.C. (N), Badal at Mundisideula under Gopinathpur Gram Panchayat. This Court in disposal of the Writ Petition directs Opposite Party No.1 to take decision as appropriate, taking into consideration the development through Annexures-4 & 5 in this regard by completing the entire exercise at least within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioners. 3.

The Writ Petition thus stands disposed of.
