This matter is taken up through video conferencing.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

This is an application under section 438 of Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in connection with Khurda STF P.S. Case No.15 of 2019 corresponding to G.R. Case No.1196 of 2019 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Talcher for commission of the alleged offences punishable under sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 472 of the Indian Penal Code, section 21 of MMDR Act and sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act.

// 2 // Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that some of the co-accused persons have approached this Court for anticipatory bail and they were directed to surrender in the Court and move for bail and those coaccused persons have been released on bail and the petitioners may be permitted to surrender and move for bail and the claim of party may be taken into account.

Learned counsel for the State has no objection. In view of such submission, while not inclining to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, it is observed that in the event the petitioners surrender and move for bail in the Court below within a period of four weeks, the same shall be disposed of by the learned Courts below in accordance with law expeditiously and the claim of parity with the co-accused persons, who stated to have been released on bail may be taken into account. The case records shall be made available to the Courts concerned for disposal of the bail application.

The ABLAPL stands disposed of.
