Learned counsel for the petitioner served a copy of the Contempt Petition on Mr. A. Mohanty, learned counsel appearing for the Assistant Provident Commissioner, EPFO, Regional Office, Keonjhar in Court today.

Learned counsel for the opposite party/contemnor submits that some additional time may be granted to comply with the order passed by this Court.

Considering the submissions made by the opposite party/contemnor, as a last chance three weeks time is allowed to comply with the direction of the Court. In the event Opposite PartyContemnor fails to comply with the direction of this Court within the aforesaid stipulated time, the Contemnor shall be liable to be
