This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to consider the case of the petitioner to pass order of his employment against Class-III post under Rehabilitation Assistance Scheme in accordance with the decision of the apex Court.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the application of the petitioner under Annexure-5 for compassionate appointment has been duly forwarded by the Headmaster of the School-opposite party no.5 to the Block Education Officer-opposite party no.4 under Annexure-6, which is still pending consideration.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands disposed of directing Opposite Party No.4 to take immediate step on the application of the petitioner under Annexure-5, which was forwarded by opposite party no.5 under Annexure-6, if the same has not yet been attended to, within a period of three months from the date of communication of the certified copy of the order. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
